A charming restaurant with a small menu, but featuring freshly prepared and delicious dishes. These, along with tasty regional juices and beer, are served by friendly staff. Highly recommended!

The food was very good 😋 I haven't had such a delicious schnitzel in a restaurant for a long time 🤤 the combination of cheese and garlic 🤤🙏🤤 it was perfect for me, thank you. The service was polite and the price-performance ratio was also great 🆗 for four people around ninety euros including drinks, which is just right for this kind of food. The ambiance was a bit too monotonous for my taste.

The restaurant is wonderfully rustic with very friendly staff and excellent food. We had the beef roulade and the venison goulash. It was incredibly tender and seasoned perfectly. It was like eating at your grandmother's house again.

I celebrated my 60th birthday at the Jägerhof in May of this year. It was a truly wonderful celebration. The Jägerhof team played a huge part in that! The food was simply fresh and delicious and served to everyone at the same time. The drinks were served promptly, which also contributed to the satisfaction of all the guests. A big thank you to the entire Jägerhof team for this fantastic celebration! We would gladly return anytime and can highly recommend it to everyone.

The detour from the A4 to the Jägerhof was well worth it. Cozy restaurant. Excellent home-style cooking and the Preuss was sensational. Highly recommended.

What a surprisingly delicious meal we had here! We stayed at Hotel Stadt Dresden on our way to the Czech Republic. We ended up here after a short walk. Don't expect a super inviting restaurant in terms of decor or "terrace." But what the Dutch would describe as a typical German restaurant. We had a truly delicious meal! We had fantastic schnitzels for very reasonable prices. The chef and waiter are only two, but they do a great job. The schnitzel with garlic and cheese is recommended if you like lots of garlic. The regular schnitzel is also excellent. All the other game meats are delicious too! Highly recommended, especially if you're hungry after a long day of travel!

Super friendly service. The dining rooms are clean and lovingly decorated for the season. The name is perfect! I had the venison goulash. It was divine! Tender and perfectly seasoned. Excellent value for money. They also have a special lunch menu during the week that's more than worth the price. Absolutely nothing to complain about. It's wonderful that restaurants like this still exist!

Very lovely atmosphere, food was amazing and service surprised a lot. The waitress didn't speak english well, but we still managed to communicate.
